For active subscribers of our IntraQuick Apps, please email your support request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your company name and any subscription ID along with your support request. We can only deal with issues specifically relating to the operation and configuration of our Apps and not any functionality of the Microsoft Office 365 platform or other supplier Apps.
If you are unable to send an email request, you can alternatively call +44(0)1923 587405. Please note that this is not a priority support desk and the calls will be added to the email queue for response. Email is our preferred method for customers to log support calls.
Our support function is operational from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding any UK Bank Holidays. We will endeavour to respond to your request as quickly as possible but this may take up to 3 working days to process.
